USA Style C-O-I Radial

  • The USA Style C-O-I Radial repair is black with gray vulcanizing gum on a blue poly backing.
  • Each reinforcing ply is individually end-wrapped to deflect tire flexing stresses in a unique manner.
  • The new tie-gum construction eliminates the potential for delamination common in competitive brands.
  • The face stock used in our USA Style C-O-I Radials will vulcanize chemically or in low temperature (precure) systems.
  • NEW  R Series:  These repair units are designed to be used in high heat :(mold cure) systems.
    Curing Information
    Heat Chamber:
    240°F (116°C) for 72 minutes
    270°F - 320°F (130°C - 160°C) for 30 minutes
    Spotter:
    270°F - 320°F (130°C - 160°C) 10 minutes per 1/8" (3mm)
